Origin Story

Growing up a farm kid in the city gave me a passion for advocating and sharing the realities of farming & ranching today. Experience in Washington, DC and Seattle working in political campaigns and communications reinforced the need for strong advocates in the public arena.

 

A masters degree in Public Relations and Communications from The George Washington University positioned me to move from the political sphere to working for beef farmers and ranchers at the Washington State Beef Commission as Director of Digital Strategies.

Marriage and babies and moving out to our working cattle operation pushed me to reinvent the ways I'm able to continue the work I am passionate about while wifeying, mothering and ranching. Increased demand from our ag community for modern marketing services has turned my work-from-home one woman show into a full fledged small biz, where I contract with and employ a couple of talented teammates to get the job done for the inspiring people and businesses who come looking for the assist in this department.

I've found myself in a magical, challenging and fulfilling stage of life and career taking care of my people, and diving into projects for our clients. From leading strategy and execution of a substantial advertising budget, to just doing the internal and social media communications that would not get done, Bridgetal Media is using our skills and experience behind the scenes to support farmers and ranchers and we love it.
